We provide software development, MVP building, and related technical services. The specific scope of services will be detailed in individual project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all code, designs, and deliverables created by SwiftSpace remain our intellectual property until final payment and project completion.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your project information and business details. Detailed terms are specified in individual NDAs.

6. Limitation of Liability

SwiftSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
